Saturday October 17th...
this week has not been too bad.
i have stopped eating at night. big change for me. nothing after diner.
portion size is good. drinking water.
this is week 1... making changes and getting ready for the plan to start on Oct 27th.
i am nervous.
i cannot fail.
i will not fail.
current weight 241
lost a few lbs this week, just by making those few changes...
(this is according t my own scale) .. i'll give you an accurate reading when i get my first real weigh-in on the 27th.
my consultion weight was 246.
so i have been sick and not a huge appetite to begin with.
taking less rapid-insulin per meal. base glucose is hovering around 10...has been in the 20's and teen's! this is a good thing.
still taking 70 units of lantus (night time insulin)
good start.
